Top Pick of The Month!

Students’ Mental Health Week at Metropolia from March 9th to March 15th

Students’ Mental Health Week is an annual campaign coordinated by Nyyti ry, aiming to raise awareness about students’ mental health and promote a healthy study culture.

This year’s theme is “faith in the future.” The campaign encourages students to maintain hope and positivity, especially in uncertain times.

Metropolia will take part in Students’ Mental Health Week by organizing campus events and online activities throughout the week. On each campus, students can meet Metropolia’s internal and external wellbeing supporters and learn more about available services. There will also be a “Faith in the Future” bingo, and the first 100 students to complete it on each campus will receive a student overall badge. You are warmly welcome to join the events, have a chat, and get to know different services!

Campus Events:

  • Mon, March 9, 11:00–14:00: Myllypuro Campus, 1st floor, C-D wings and Showroom
  • Tue, March 10, 11:00–14:00: Karamalmi Campus, 5th floor lobby
