Career guidance
Career Guidance Supports You Throughout Your Study Path
Your growth into a professional begins at the very start of your studies and continues throughout your entire study journey. Different forms of learning and guidance support you on your way towards developing your unique expertise and entering working life. A career guidance perspective is integrated into all stages of your studies, such as professional courses, work placements, projects, and the thesis. In addition, various guidance discussions are available to help you clarify your goals and explore your career direction.
During your studies, you can discuss your career plans with various experts. Depending on your degree programme, you may be supported by a PSP advisor, study adviser, placement coordinator, teacher, tutor teacher or career counsellor. In addition, Metropolia's career coaches offer career guidance services open to all students. You can read more about these open services on the Job Search Support page.
