You need a key card to move around Metropolia's campus.
How to get a key card
Arabia Campus
You'll get a key card from the Reception Services against your signature.
After finishing studies you have to return the key card to the Reception Services and confirm the return with your signature.
There's no fee for the key card, but you'll have to pay 30 euros if you lose your key card.
Karamalmi, Myyrmäki and Myllypuro Campuses
Register some card of your own that has an RFID ability (e.g. HSL card) as your key card in Metropolia.
There are registering machines in the lobbies - ask the Reception Services if needed.
After opening hours the key cards don't operate
After opening hours the alarm system is on and the key cards of the students don't operate - if the security company has to be called, the costs will be billed from the person who caused the alarm.
