As a Metropolia student, you will have access to a wide range of printed and electronic materials, as well as facilities for working. You will also receive guidance on how to use the library and search for information at different stages of your studies.

At this page, there is links to MetCat Finna online library and LibGuides. Through these, you can find all the materials and instructions available at the library.

Kirjasto-Kamu is an A.I. bot. You can ask it questions about the library. It will chat with you, gather info from the library website, and give you an answer to your question.

Keenious is an AI-tool that helps you find scientific articles. You can search for articles using free text or PDF files. If you download the add-in to Word or Google docs, Keenious recommends relevant articles based on the text in your document.

If you are a new student, you can create a library card for yourself in the Tuudo app.

Metropolia Library operates on four campuses. The printed materials in the campus libraries focus on the subjects taught on each campus

 

You can also use the Haaga-Helia and Laurea libraries with the same library card. Electronic materials are available to all Metropolia students in accordance with the license terms.

After graduation, you can remain a library customer.  However, the Tuudo app and its library card will stop working, as will your school email address. 

 

After graduation, you will log in to MetCat Finna with your library card number and PIN code.
