On this page, you will find the contact details and opening hours of Student Services. Welcome!
Student Services provide advice on all kinds of matters related to studies, such as the right to study, enrollment procedure, tuition fees, scholarships and graduation. From Student Services, students receive various study-related documents, e.g. study certificates and meal subsidy cards.
Student Services maintain the Peppi study management system and the student’s study register.
Electronic services
Students have access to the OMA intranet, which is logged in with their own user IDs. OMA provides electronic services that enable you to, for example:
- register for the academic year
- print an official Transcript of records
- apply for discretionary extension
- submit a graduation notification
Digital Certificate Service
You can download an official Study Certificate in the Digital Certificate Service.
The Digital Degree Certificate will also be available for download in the Certificate Service once you graduate from Metropolia.
Book an appointment
Do you have questions or problems with your study right? Do you have problems with enrollment for the academic year or questions about graduation. We are also available outside opening hours. You can book an appointment outside our opening hours. During opening hours, you can visit us without making an appointment.

Exceptional opening hours
Opening hours for the rest of the year
Phone service +358 9 7424 5901:
- Open on 22 December 2025 from 12 pm to 2 pm
- Closed from 23 December 2025 to 9 January 2026
Customer service points on campus will be closed from 18 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
Opening hours at the beginning of the year
Phone service +358 9 7424 5901 will be open as usual from 12 January 2026 onwards.
Customer service points on campus from 7 January 2025 onwards:
- Arabia is open on Wednesdays from 10 am to 12 pm.
- Karamalmi is open on 7–8 January 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm. After that, normal opening hours apply.
- Myllypuro is open on 7 January, and on 12–14 January 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm. After that, normal opening hours apply.
- Myyrmäki is open on 7–8 January 2026 from 10 am to 12 pm. After that, normal opening hours apply.
