Help for difficulties with reading
Accessible e-books and Celia audiobooks
Accessibility features such as turning text into audio or changing the reading view of an e-book can help all students.
Many of the e-books and electronic articles in the library can be listened to. E-books may also have various accessibility features, such as resizing the text or changing the background color.
There are various assistive technologies to make it easier to listen to and read e-resources.
If you have a disability or illness that makes reading difficult, or if the Metropolia Digital Reading System indicates a potential reading difficulty, you are also entitled to use the audio books from Celia.
What is Celia?
