Some facilities and equipment of Metropolia can be reserved for the school work by students using the calendar in OMA.

Common rules

To ensure spaces are available for everyone, the following restrictions are now in place:

A single booking can last a maximum of 4 hours.
You can book a maximum of 8 hours per week.
Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
If a room has not been accessed within 15 minutes of the booking start time, it will automatically be released for others to use.
Please only book rooms when you genuinely need them, and cancel as soon as a booking is no longer needed.
