Spaces and Equipment for Wellbeing

Metropolia University of Applied Sciences campuses offer a wide range of spaces and facilities designed to support student wellbeing. The purpose of these spaces and services is to provide opportunities for recovery, relaxation, physical activity, and social interaction — in other words, to support students’ endurance, concentration, and sense of community in everyday student life. When taking breaks, resting, and staying active are easy to incorporate into daily routines, studying becomes smoother and the campus environment feels safer and more comfortable for everyone.
