Explore the Metropolia Career Guide
Metropolia Career Guide is a comprehensive toolkit created by Metropolia’s career coaches to help you recognise your skills, plan your career and succeed in your job search. It provides a step-by-step path from identifying your strengths and clarifying your career goals, to mastering practical job search skills such as writing an effective CV and cover letter, and preparing for interviews.
Make the Most of JobTeaser Career Portal
Metropolia uses the JobTeaser career portal to advertise job openings to students. If a company wants to recruit students from Metropolia, they are instructed to post the job opening on JobTeaser. You can find the following on JobTeaser:

- Internal internships at Metropolia
- Interesting career events
- Appointments for individual career guidance
- Exclusive jobsearch materials, such as checklists and editable CV-templates

CV-Clinics on Campus

The CV Clinic is open to all Metropolia students. Metropolia’s career coaches provide guidance in both Finnish and English. No appointment needed – stop by when it suits you!

As a Metropolia student, you can take part in regular career-related webinars and various career events that help you develop your skills and build your professional network.
Metropolia is part of the 3AMK collaboration. This means that you as a Metropolia student can also participate in Haaga-Helia and Laurea's career events!
