STRYV Talent Connect - Applications Are Open for Metropolia Students

Exciting news for Metropolia students! A new startup internship pilot has officially launched in collaboration between STRYV, 3AMK and Arcada

Through the STRYV Talent Connect program, Metropolia students can now apply for startup internships for Spring and Summer 2026. The program allows students to work on real tasks inside startup teams while completing their university’s required professional work placement. Opportunities are offered by growing Finnish startups across areas such as marketing, technology, design, business, hospitality, and more.

How does it work?

Through the STRYV platform, students create a profile, explore available internship positions, and apply to opportunities that match their interests. STRYV is a platform that helps early-career talent showcase their skills and get discovered by startups looking for interns and junior team members.

Explore the internship opportunities

You can apply if you:

  • Have completed at least 120 ECTS credits
  • Have a minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Are currently studying at Metropolia
  • Have not completed Work Placement 1 and/or 2

For most positions, there are no Finnish language requirements, or a moderate proficiency is sufficient. We especially encourage international students to apply.

Applications are open from March 18 to April 12. Startup internships are limited and filled on a rolling basis.
