Who:

Anna-Stina has practiced yoga for about 15 years and graduated as a yoga instructor (RYT200) in the spring of 2024.

Her own approach to yoga is: "Yoga is for everyone and everyone can do yoga because everyone can breathe. The purpose of yoga is to strengthen our psychophysical whole, i.e. the connection of body and mind with the help of breathing. There are many different trends and forms of yoga, from which everyone can find their own way of practicing yoga. My own practice is based on classic Rajayoga and it is also reflected in my own guidance. In addition, I study Katonah yoga, which combines classical hatha yoga, Taoism and the body's own anatomy. You are warmly welcome to the morning class just as you are.''
