You can reserve a gym shift for independent training.

Gym etiquette

  • Workout without strong perfumes
  • Prefer own headphones
  • Wear clean indoor shoes or socks
  • Protect equipment with a towel and clean up sweat drops
  • Leave the place clean for the following: take the equipment you used back to their places
  • Let other people train during your breaks
  • Report any defects or deficiences you find
  • Take other users into account – smiling and greeting is allowed

Gyms

The gyms are compact, and the equipment and devices vary from location to location. Only a limited number of people can train at the gyms at the same time, so remember to reserve your shift. This is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to train without having to wait a long time to use a certain equipment.

Training at the gyms is mainly independent. Instructed gym classes are sometimes organized. In these cases, the entire gym is reserved for the group, and an instructor leads the class. For more information about instructed classes and their schedules, see the group exercise reservation calendar.
