MeMove Sports and Wellness Services

The price list shows the services included in the different passes.

Sport services are offered on Metropolia Myllypuro and Myyrmäki campuses. You can find more detailed information about the location of sports facilities, directions and service offerings on the website’s sports facilities page.

Sports season is divided into fall and spring sports seasons according to the semesters of UAS.

• spring season: January - August
• autumn season: August - December

Services are available during campus opening hours. Services are not available on Sundays or public holidays. Services are not available at the end of the semester if the school is closed.

The use of sport services is limited to students and staff of Metropolia. 

Students of other universities of applied sciences or universities in Finland are not entitled to use sports services.

You can wear any flexible and comfortable clothes. For water classes you need to wear a swimsuit. For most sports, it is recommended to wear white soled indoor shoes. The campuses have exercise equipment for various activities for lend.

You can test the services at the beginning of the semester during the trial week or at other times with a single visit pass. At the beginning of the semesters, we will inform you about the trial week on our website. You can buy a single visit pass in our online store at any time. It must be used within 30 days of purchase. Please note that with a single visit pass you cannot reserve sports hall shifts, i.e. the entire sport hall for your own use.

You can exercise at any location regardless of where you study or work. You can find the locations of the sports facilities in the sports facilities page.
