You can now contact Student Services via the Service Request Form

From now on, you can reach Student Services via the service request form instead of by email.

You can find the service request form by logging in at hd.metropolia.fi. To create a new service request, open the Student Services form. Please fill out the form carefully so we can assist you in the best possible way.

Student Services supports students with everyday study-related matters, such as enrollment for the academic year and changing enrollment status, issues concerning the right to study and graduation, student insurance, tuition fees, as well as student identity cards and criminal records extract (for social services and health care students).
