Students' Mental Health Week in Metropolia April 7–13, 2025
Students' Mental Health Week (nyyti.fi) is a campaign coordinated by the Student Wellbeing Network, aiming to highlight students' mental health situation and promote a more mental health-friendly study culture. The campaign's communications are coordinated by Nyyti ry (nyyti.fi).
In 2025, Students' Mental Health Week will take place during week 15 (April 7–13, 2025).
This year's campaign theme is "How are you, student?"
The idea behind the theme is to amplify students' voices and experiences. What factors currently support students' mental health and well-being, and what challenges or burdens them?
This campaign belongs to all of us, and we hope as many people as possible will participate in organizing activities and/or spreading the message, including at Metropolia. If you would like to contribute with your own event idea or help plan the week's activities, you can register your event by emailing antti.aijanen [at] metropolia.fi (antti[dot]aijanen[at]metropolia[dot]fi) or by joining the Teams channel: Students' Mental Health Week Metropolia 7.–13.4.2025 | General | Microsoft Teams
The event week program will be updated on this page on Monday, March 24, 2025.
