Power of Team Building

Building a team sounds straightforward until you actually have to do it.  🧩

Who do you bring in? How do you find people who complement what you know, and challenge what you don't? What happens when you're a researcher stepping beyond academia, building a company from scratch, or arriving in a new country and starting your professional network from zero?

On 4 November, we're bringing together people who've approached these questions from very different angles, in a panel hosted by Aicha Manai, CEO of Startup Refugees.

🗣️ Meet the panellists:
🧩 Kai Lin-Veltheim, Business Developer at Atom Toys
🧩Daniel Boldt, COO at Calori
🧩Pedro Camargo, Professor at the University of Helsinki, ReLIGHT

Together, we're teaming up with Turbiini Campus Incubator, Aalto Creatives and Business Helsinki to talk about the people behind the projects: how teams come together, what makes them work, and what happens when the original plan meets reality.

Join us at Marsio, Aalto University, on Wednesday 4 November, 16:00–19:00. The panel will be followed by networking and refreshments, a chance to meet the folks from our ecosystem all together!
