Poetry art exhibition: Ah Pääskysiä! 2 Nov - 2 Dec 2026

Ah pääskysiä! is a celebratory poetry art exhibition by Mira Soldan, who writes under the pen name luova öisin (“Creative by Night”). Twenty years of poetry and forty years of life!

Her poems emerge from lived experience, love, loss and the observation of nature. They also engage with the world around us, current events, contradictions and the news, where reality sometimes seems stranger than fiction.

Now, these words are setting out to meet their readers. Perhaps one poem will feel familiar, another will raise questions, and a third will stay with you long after your visit to the exhibition.

Mira Soldan is an alumna of Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Culture and Arts in Cultural Management from the Arabia campus. She also holds a Master of Culture and Arts degree from Turku Arts Academy. She is an experienced cultural professional and poetry artist. She works as a Campus Coordinator at Metropolia’s Creative Campus, bringing people together through events, communications and creative encounters.

You are warmly invited to experience the exhibition, read the poems and discover your own interpretations. Please note! The exhibition is presented in Finnish only.
