What do Finnish employers actually look for in a job application, and how do you express your value clearly? In this webinar, we focus on concrete ways to make your application clear, relevant, and impactful for the Finnish job market.

• Why research and preparation are the foundation of a strong job application.
• What to consider when applying via an online form, email, open application, or a targeted job ad.
• Practical ways to present your experience whether you are starting your career, changing fields, or have years of experience.

• This webinar is designed for UAS students, but alumni and anyone interested in the topic are welcome to join
• The language of the webinar is English, but Finnish-speaking students are also warmly welcome to join.
• The presentation slides will be shared with all participants after the event.
