Identity card for social services and health care students

Students in social services and health care should obtain a identity card. The card is made in Student Services. For the identity card, the student should fill out the e-form and attach a photo to it.

Requirements for a photo

  • Photo must be passport alike face image
  • Photo must be size of 500*653 pixels. The size must be exact as required.
  • Photo must be in JPEG format. Accepted file extensions can be either .jpg or .jpeg.
  • Please note that we can’t use photo which is wrong size or wrongly cropped.
  • Nothing should appear in the background of the image. The background should be light.

Please attach the photo right away when filling the form so there will be no unfinished applications in the system.

Fill in e-form

Fill in the e-form for identity card. Sign in with your Metropolia user name and password.

The application should be made two weeks before the start of training so that you can get the card on time. Student services will inform the method of delivery of the card.
