Study ability is future work ability – the campaign is here at Metropolia!
Metropolia is launching the Study Ability Campaign produced by FSHS. The goal is to support students’ wellbeing and ability to study. A student who feels well learns better, graduates more smoothly, and is more prepared for working life.
What is the campaign about?
The campaign themes include:
- Take care of yourself – sleep, nutrition, and exercise as everyday resources
- Know yourself – the role of self-awareness and moods in study ability
- Lead yourself – time management, motivation, and goal setting in your studies
Where will you notice the campaign?
- Campus info screens and table displays – monthly changing themes
- On Instagram (@metropolia_uas and @metropoliaohv) – fun and relevant content
- In classes and guidance sessions – teachers and tutors using the materials
- In November on all campuses – a special campaign event (details coming later in the autumn)
Why does this matter to you?
Study ability is an investment in your future. It’s about having the resources to succeed in your studies and later in working life. By paying attention to your everyday habits – such as sleep, breaks, time management, and community – you’re building a stronger foundation for both studying and your career.
