Registration for spring 2026 studies is open from 1.12.-14.12.2025. You can register for Metropolia’s own courses or for courses offered by other higher education institutions (cross-institutional studies):
- via ePSP, either on the Enrollments or Selecting studies tab: Student desktop main menu: My Studies > ePSP.
- in Tuudo’s Study Search (mobile version).
Registration periods for study offerings from other higher education institutions are institution-specific and may differ from Metropolia’s registration schedule. Explore the offerings available to you via the Selecting Studies tab in ePSP, or in Tuudo’s Study Search! You can find the exact registration period in each course’s details.

Before registering
When planning your studies, choose courses suitable for your degree and your study group. Before registering, check which degree or group the studies are intended for and whether there are any prerequisite requirements. Note that a Master’s level student (YAMK) may only select Master’s level studies, and a Bachelor’s level student (AMK) may only select Bachelor’s level studies.
In some degree programmes, elective studies, Profile Studies in Working Life Skills (TOP-studies) and studies offered by other higher education institutions must be approved by your PSP advisor before you register.
When considering registering as a cross-institutional student, keep the following in mind:
- You must have a valid study right and be registered as present for the entire duration of the studies you plan to complete. You cannot study while registered as absent.
- To successfully complete your registration for institution's course, you must confirm the transfer of your study entitlement information to the host institution each time you enroll.
- Once your enrollment is accepted, you will be granted a temporary study right at the host institution, which allows you to complete the courses for which you have been accepted. If you already have a cross-institutional study right at that institution, it will automatically update according to the timing of your studies.
- You must register separately in OMA for each course you complete to receive an assessment. After completion, the grade recorded by the host institution will be automatically transferred to your Metropolia credits.
More information about cross-institutional studies can be found in the Student’s Guide!
If you have any questions about planning your studies or need support with it, please contact your PSP advisor.
