Nyyti Chats
Nyyti’s Chats will start again!
In the themed chats, participants share thoughts, experiences, and feelings about student life together. You are warmly welcome to join just one chat or, if you like, all of the chats this autumn!
The chats held on Discord are free, low-threshold spaces where you can participate with a nickname without prior registration. Nyytis volunteers/staff are present in the chats, as well as, of course, other students.
The chats are organised on agreed Thursdays from 5 to 7 p.m. Mark the autumn chat dates in your calendar already now and come online to share thoughts with other students! By clicking the chat title below, you can get more information about that particular chat.
- 18.9.2025 Excited, nervous, stressed – studying with mixed emotions?
- 6.11.2025 How to find friends?
You can find more information about all the chats and a link to Discord on the website.

Registration for all of the above events is open. If you are interested in the possibility of organizing a customized training, please contact anders.hulden [at] nyyti.fi (anders[dot]hulden[at]nyyti[dot]fi).
Download the Eco-emotions game
Talking about environmental emotions helps us cope in times of ecological crisis. However, it’s not always easy. The Eco-emotions Game is a tool for exploring and sharing concerns about the future and heavy feelings together with others. The game can be used to support discussions, for example in guidance and educational work. Download the free game from the Ympäristöahdistus.fi website.
