Library services will be temporarily unavailable on 9 September 2026

Due to a server migration, the library system will be down on Wednesday 9 September 2026 from 7.30 am to 12.00 pm.

The outage will affect both campus library services and the library’s online services.

Campus Libraries

During the service shutdown, Metropolia’s campus libraries will be closed and the library premises will not be available for use.

The following services will not be available during the shutdown:

• borrowing items
• returning items
• renewing loans
• collecting reservations

Online services

The outage is also affecting the library’s online services.

• The MetCat Finna online library is not functioning as normal. Among other things, you cannot renew loans, place reservations or make payments there.
• The same applies to the Library section of the Tuudo app.
