At Helpers' Clubs, young people practice first aid skills in weekly meetings in a relaxed group setting. The instruction is in clear Finnish, and the materials are available in both Finnish and English. So, participants can also use the opportunity to practice their Finnish language skills. At the end of the season, the group takes part in an official 8-hour Finnish Red Cross Emergency First Aid course. The course is free of charge for participants!
