How does the Business mentoring model work?
In the Business mentoring model developed by the IMIB network, small teams of international students collaborate on assignments defined by a company. During the three-month period, you will collaborate in a team of 3–4 participants, supported by career coaches from Haaga-Helia and Metropolia UAS. The workload is approximately 50 hours/ participant.

In the IMIB network, international students work on assignments provided by companies operating in Finland. The aim is to promote the employment of international students and higher education graduates in Finland and to encourage companies to recruit international talents. This project if ESF+ funded and provided by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
