Answer the survey – influence the teaching and research of social innovations in Europe!
The survey investigates what skills and capabilities are needed for more social innovations to emerge in Europe than before.
European Social Innovation Campus (ESIC) invites students, teachers, and those working with social innovations to respond to a European survey. The survey is available in almost all European languages. The results will be used in developing educational content and will be published on the project's website as part of the Skills Monitor. The results will help strengthen the abilities of future social innovators to solve societal challenges. According to Sitra's definition, a societal (or social) innovation is a product, service, process, or strategy that improves society. Unlike other innovations, its starting point is not an individual market need, but rather the broader strengthening of common well-being and sustainability.
Answer the survey and share the information
If your studies or work relate to society or the services it provides and their development, social innovations also likely concern you in some way. It takes about 20 minutes to answer. Below are the direct links to the surveys (the language can be changed from the top corner):
What is the European Social Innovation Campus?
The European Social Innovation Campus (ESIC) investigates what kinds of skills and abilities social innovators should have and develops research-based educational content for all levels of education. The European Social Innovation Campus operates online across all of Europe, and 15 organizations from ten countries are involved in planning the educational content. The project consortium is led by the Finnish Diaconia University of Applied Sciences (Diak).
