Are you a Metropolia student looking to complete your university’s required professional work placement? Join us to discover how the STRYV Talent Connect program connects early-career talent with growing Finnish startups.

The program allows students to work on real tasks inside startup teams while completing their university’s required professional work placement. Opportunities are offered by growing Finnish startups across areas such as marketing, technology, design, business, hospitality, and more.

About the Internship Program

The STRYV Talent Connect program allows you to showcase your skills to startups looking for interns and junior team members.

  • Applications Open: March 18 – April 12.
  • Eligibility: Metropolia students with at least 120 ECTS, a minimum GPA of 2.5, and Work Placement 1 and/or 2 still to be completed.
  • Language: For most positions, there are no Finnish language requirements. We especially encourage international students to apply.
