Room Reservations for Students – Common Rules

We wish you all a great start to the autumn semester!

The use of student spaces on all campuses has increased. To ensure that the facilities are available to as many students as possible, we have established some common rules for making reservations. Everyone is expected to follow these:

  1. Rooms can only be reserved for a few hours at a time, not for the whole day.
  2. If you have made a reservation that is too long, please shorten the duration.
  3. Cancel your reservation immediately if the room will not be used.
  4. If the room is not taken into use within 15 minutes of the reservation start time, it will be released for others.

By following these rules, the facilities will best serve the entire student community.
