Students’ Mental Health Week at Metropolia
Students’ Mental Health Week will be held in 2026 during week 11, from March 9th to 15th.
Students’ Mental Health Week (nyyti.fi) is a campaign coordinated by the Student Wellbeing Network (nyyti.fi), which aims to raise awareness about the mental health status of students and promote a more mental health-friendly study culture. Communications for the campaign are coordinated by Nyyti ry (nyyti.fi). Metropolia will also be actively celebrating Students’ Mental Health Week—join any program or planning activity that interests you!
The theme of this year’s campaign is “Faith in the Future.” The goal is to highlight the voices and experiences of students: What currently supports or, on the other hand, challenges students’ mental health and wellbeing?
