Join the IMIB Network to boost your employability, grow your professional network, and gain practical, hands-on experience in Finland!

IMIB Network in a nutshell:

- We offer inspirational and practical workshops to support your career and entrepreneurship skills in Finland

- The Business Mentoring model: We organize three-month project periods for those interested in working on real-life business assignments provided by companies in Finland. During this time, you will work in a team of 3–5 participants, supported by career coaches from Haaga-Helia and Metropolia UAS. The workload is approximately 50 hours / participant. 

We will inform you about upcoming workshops by email. For the Business Mentoring model, a career coach will contact suitable candidates by phone or email.

In the IMIB network (opens a new tab), international students work on assignments provided by companies operating in Finland. The aim is to promote the employment of international students and higher education graduates in Finland and to encourage companies to recruit international talents. This project if ESF+ funded and provided by Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, Metropolia University of Applied Sciences and Laurea University of Applied Sciences.
