Lyhytvaihdot ulkomailla
Intensiivikurssit ovat lyhyitä opintojaksoja, jotka keskittyvät tietyn koulutusohjelman tai -alan erityisiin aiheisiin. Intensiivikurssille osallistuu yleensä opiskelijoita ja opettajia useammasta yhteistyökorkeakoulusta. Niiden kesto vaihtelee muutamasta päivästä muutamaan viikkoon.
Metropolian lyhyen opiskelijavaihdon apuraha
Lyhyisiin, alle 2 kk kestäviin opintojaksoihin ulkomailla on mahdollista hakea Metropolialta apurahaa enintään kaksi kertaa opintojen aikana. Apurahan suuruus on 350 € tai 150 € Viroon.
Harjoittelujaksoihin ulkomailla on oma ohjeistus ja kriteerit apurahoille.
Nordplus- ja projektirahoitteisista lyhytvaihdoista, sekä BIP-mahdollisuuksista tiedotetaan erikseen.
Apurahan ehdot:
- hakija on Metropolian tutkinto-opiskelija
- matka toteutuu opintojen normiajalla
- matka on osa Metropolian tutkintoa
- matkasta kertyy opintopisteitä tai on osa Metropolian opintokokonaisuutta
- matka-ohjelman kesto on vähintään 2 päivää, mutta alle 60 päivää
- apurahaa on haettava ennen matkan alkua ja allekirjoitettu apurahalomake tulee palauttaa mahdollisimman pian, mutta viimeistään sen lukukauden aikana, jolla lyhytvaihto alkanut. Syyslukukausi: 1.8.-31.12.; kevätlukukausi 1.1.-31.7.
- apurahaa myönnetään enintään kaksi kertaa opintojen aikana
- matkaan ei myönnetä muuta apurahaa
- apurahaa ei myönnetä AMK-opiskelijoiden opinnäytetyön kirjoittamiseen ulkomailla tai siihen liittyvien materiaalien keruuseen ulkomailta.
- YAMK-opiskelijoille apuraha voidaan myöntää, mikäli opinnäytetyön tutkimussuunnitelma edellyttää lyhytvaihtoa ulkomailla
- apuraha on matkatuki, joka edellyttää vaihtokohteeseen matkustamista vaihdon ohjelman suorittamista varten
- mikäli matka peruuntuu, opiskelija on velvollinen palauttamaan apurahan. Lentolippuja varatessa suositellaan ottamaan muutosturva.
1. Täytä sähköinen lomake tästä: Lyhyiden opiskelijavaihtojen apurahalomake.
- Täytä kaikki kohdat hakulomakkeella.
- Käytä vain metropolia.fi-sähköpostiosoitettasi yhteystietokohdassa.
- Huomaathan, että kun valitset pudotusvalikosta koulutusalan tai kohdemaatiedon, sivu latautuu uudestaan.
- Kirjoittamasi tiedot eivät tallennu ennen kuin painat Send-nappia. Lähetyksen jälkeen et myöskään pysty muokkaamaan hakemuksesi tietoja.
2. Lähetettyäsi apurahahakulomakkeen saat automaattisen sähköpostin otsikolla "Ohje Metropolian lyhyen vaihdon apurahan hakijalle / Instructions for Metropolia short-term grant applicant". Sähköposti kannattaa säilyttää.
3. Tulosta sähköpostin liitteenä oleva apurahahakemus ja pyydä siihen allekirjoitus tutkinto-ohjelmastasi. Allekirjoittajana voi olla tapauskohtaisesti esim. opintomatkan vastuuopettaja, tutkintovastava tai koulutussuunnittelija.
4. Tallenna allekirjoitettu hakemus Mobility-Online-järjestelmään. Linkin järjestelmään löydät kohdassa 2 mainitusta sähköpostista.
5. Saat sähköpostitse vahvistuksen, kun hakemuksesi on käsitelty.
Koska vaihtoonlähtijöitä on Metropoliassa paljon, apurahahakemukset käsitellään kerran kuukaudessa. Kunkin kuukauden 10.päivään mennessä (pl. heinäkuussa ei apurahakäsittelyä ja joulukuussa 8.12. mennessä) tulleet allekirjoitetut apurahahakemukset maksetaan opiskelijoiden tileille kuluvan kuukauden loppuun mennessä. Apuraha käsitellään aikaisintaan 3 kk ennen matkan alkua.
Tulevia lyhytvaihtoja
Kun uusia lyhytvaihtoja tulee tiedoksi, niistä tiedotetaan täällä tai tutkintojen OMA-työtilojen kautta. Pääpaino partnerikoulujen järjestämissä lyhytvaihdoissa on kesäkouluissa, mutta tarjontaa on myös muuna aikana. Kysy tarvittaessa lisätietoja tutkintosi kv-asiantuntijalta.
Parhaiten tietoa tulevista lyhytvaihtomahdollisuuksista saat seuraamalla OMA:n työtilojen tiedotusta. Usein lyhytvaihtoihin on rajattu määrä paikkoja ja tämän vuoksi kursseille järjestetään sisäisiä hakuja. Tarvittaessa voit tiedustella mahdollisuuksia myös suoraan kv-asiantuntijaltasi.
